Enterprise technology operations and systems leadership since 2000.
Foundation
25 years of operational infrastructure.
SCVdata was established in 2000 with a focus on enterprise technology operations — the load-bearing work of designing, deploying, and sustaining the systems that organizations depend on.
Over two and a half decades, that work has spanned network infrastructure, custom software development, and systems integration across industries including manufacturing, distribution, food service, construction materials, and agricultural operations. More recently, the practice has extended into cloud-based operational software, custom system bridges, and practical AI workflows.
The discipline is consistent: infrastructure that is designed to last, documented so others can maintain it, and operated with accountability to the business outcome rather than the technology itself.
Engagements
Selective. Accountable. Long-term.
SCVdata takes on a limited number of engagements to maintain operational depth with each client. Work is scoped carefully, documented thoroughly, and delivered with accountability to the business outcome.
Reliable technology foundations for businesses that still need networks, devices, cloud services, identity, storage, backups, and operational continuity. Both on-premises and cloud environments, designed for the realities of how the business actually operates.
Custom software bridges and API integrations connecting operational systems to distribution, inventory, business-management platforms, cloud applications, spreadsheets, portals, and operational databases where off-the-shelf tools do not fit cleanly, including retail supply chain operations.
Practical AI applied to internal operational work: summarizing, classifying, comparing, drafting, reviewing, and reducing repetitive coordination tasks. Built into custom tooling rather than sold as standalone AI products.
Food procurement platforms supporting institutional purchasing operations across California school districts, and custom ordering systems with distributor API integration for food service operators.
Field systems support for agricultural technology deployments. The same operating discipline applied to enterprise infrastructure, extended into farm robotics, machine readiness, site geometry, and operational continuity. Conducted through MorganicSystems.
Selected Work
Operational software built for real environments, reconstructed as interactive systems with sample data.
Leadership
Morgan Harabedian
Morgan founded SCVdata in 2000 and has led enterprise technology operations continuously since. Over that time, he has overseen internal engineering staff supporting multi-site organizations operating under structured service-level agreements with 24×7 production accountability. The work spans infrastructure architecture, systems integration, custom software development, and the operational disciplines that keep complex environments functional over time. Recent software development work has also been carried out through AI-assisted workflows under direct operator control, translating real operational problems into deployable software with far greater speed than traditional development cycles alone.
An educational background in biology, ecology, and plant physiology from UCLA informs an approach to systems thinking that is grounded in how real environments behave, not how they were designed to behave.
Morgan also serves as adjunct faculty teaching Agricultural Field Studies at The Master's University in Southern California.
Applied Operational Context
Infrastructure disciplines in field-deployed environments.
The same disciplines that govern enterprise infrastructure — documentation, change control, incident response, and sustained accountability — extend naturally into field-deployed agricultural technology. Adjacent work in farm robotics readiness, site geometry, operational planning, and visit continuity is conducted through MorganicSystems.
